Mindy Rodman grew up in Brooklyn, New York. She has 3 sisters, Laura Rosenspan, Irene Helitzer, and Susan Lewis, and one brother, Edward Rodman. Mindy studied cinematography at City College of San Francisco where she met husband Paul White. She now operates an independent art furniture studio in Oakland, California. She has a niece, Liz Helitzer, who recently graduated from Brandeis University and is currently pursuing a career in acting. She also has a nephew, Jeff Rosenspan, brother to Molli Rosenspan, who is a big fan of comedian Jerry Seinfeld.
